Why can't I log into my lender on FormPiper?
If you're seeing an "invalid credentials" message, follow these steps:
- Update your login credentials in FormPiper by going to Dashboard > Settings > Lender Credentials.
- Select the lender you want to update and click Edit.
- Test your credentials by logging into the lender's portal directly (outside of FormPiper). If it works, return to FormPiper and submit a support ticket from your online Dashboard for further troubleshooting.
