What should I do if a lender is stuck or not piping correctly?

This can happen if your computer is running slowly or your internet connection is unstable. To fix it:

  1. Right-click on the FormPiper Chrome extension icon in the top-right corner of your browser.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Enable Pipe one at a time by toggling it on (it should turn blue).

This setting helps FormPiper work better on slower machines or networks.

If the issue persists, send us a support ticket—it may be due to changes on the lender's website.
