Why can't I log into my lender on FormPiper?

If you're seeing an "invalid credentials" message, follow these steps:

  1. Update your login credentials in FormPiper by going to Dashboard > Settings > Lender Credentials.
  2. Select the lender you want to update and click Edit.
  3. Test your credentials by logging into the lender's portal directly (outside of FormPiper). If it works, return to FormPiper and submit a support ticket from your online Dashboard for further troubleshooting.
