I’m not receiving FormPiper notifications—what should I do?

Please check the following:

  1. Email: Look in your spam or junk folder, and confirm that your email address in correct in your FormPiper portal.
  2. SMS/App: Make sure you haven’t disabled push or SMS notifications in your device settings.
  3. Communication Preferences: Check your notification settings in the FormPiper platform—if you’ve opted out of certain communications, you may need to re-enable them.
