I can’t log in—after entering my username and password, it just brings me back to the login page. What’s going on?

This usually happens when your browser is storing old data from a previous version of the site, which can cause loading issues.

To fix it:

On mobile:

1. Open your browser (like Chrome or Safari).

2. Go to the browser menu (three dots or lines icon)

3. Tap Settings

4. Find Privacy or Browsing Data

5. Select Clear Cache and Cookies

 

On desktop:

1. Open your browser settings

2. Go to Privacy & Security

3. Click Clear Browsing Data

4. Choose Cache and Cookies, then confirm.

 

After clearing, refresh the page and try logging in again. If this doesn’t work, try a different browser or device—and if you’re still stuck, our support team is happy to help.
